When will my pre-order items ship?
Pre-order items are shipped according to the release date listed on the product page. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available.

Yes, we ship Ado official merchandise and music globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my merchandise?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays are non-returnable unless the disc is defective.
